Rent Space

Waterfall Arts is a resource for artists, businesses, makers, and dreamers. We offer short-term room rentals and lease long-term studio rentals to support our community.

Long-term Studio Rentals

Don’t have the space or equipment to work on your art? Did you take a class and want to further develop your practice in the medium? Want to work alongside other artists in our community?

Tenants enjoy the artistic environment of the building, with wi-fi, utilities, plenty of parking, and 24 hour access. Studios range in size from 110 to 700 square feet.

Some spaces are private, and some semi-private (created by dividing a classroom, they share a wall with adjoining studios that gaps at the ceiling to allow for heating/cooling and sprinklers). Leases require an initial 6-month tenancy.

Studio rentals become available regularly; please connect to find out more, see available spaces, and sign up for the waiting list.

Short-term Studio Rentals

Waterfall Arts has four rooms available to rent by the hour for events, classes, meetings, and gatherings. Rentals for each of these rooms costs $20 per hour:

The Gallery North space accommodates groups of up to twenty people, and is located on the first floor (handicap accessible).

The Library (in the former Fallout Shelter in the basement, next to Waterfall Arts Glassworks) is a cozy space that accommodates up to twelve people.

The Dance Annex is an open space on the second floor, and is great for groups of up to thirty.

The Clifford Gallery on the first floor may also be available, depending on our exhibition calendar and the nature of the rental request.

Tables and chairs are available for use upon request and are included in the rental fee. Discounts are offered to nonprofit organizations.
