ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Karin Otto has brought her background in arts administration, teaching, and fine arts to Waterfall Arts since 2012. As a long time board member and former board president, Karin has assisted Waterfall Arts with many facets of programming. In particular, she has helped to establish and manage Waterfall Arts’ print studio. Using a variety of printmaking techniques, Karin’s own work explores the idea of patterns in all things. She is fascinated with the depth and dimension that can be derived through layering of texture and color. Karin has studied print making under Susan Groce, UM Orono and worked with a variety of local and visiting print artists through the Waterfall Arts studio.
