WE’RE SORRY, THIS PROGRAM IS FULL
Bridge Jr. After-school Art Club at CASS
Location: Captain Albert Stevens School
For: This session is for 1st and 2nd graders at CASS only. Limit 8 students.
Dates: September 11, 18, 25, October 2
Get creative on early-release Fridays at CASS! Students enjoy lots of outside recess time and snack before getting into fun art projects. We will be sure to use materials that may not be practical for Mrs. Brown to facilitate in the classroom with many kids.
Bridget Matros, our Kids and Families Educator, is well practiced at Covid19 risk-reduction and is happy to offer an experience where kids from different “pods” can safely interact.
On nice days we will work outside!
Having only 8 students (with masks on) gives us plenty of space when in the art room with open windows and door.
We will not eat snack in the room, but outside or in the cafeteria.
We will take a second recess/ “mask break” outside when weather permits especially on high energy or very “chatty” days!
Supplies will not be shared and will be exclusive to each student, used only for this club.
There will be another 4 week session after this one for grades 3-5.
