Belfast’s Great Pumpkin Pageant – UPDATED!

It’s Belfast’s Halloween celebration of creativity, back for a second year of safely-distanced community fun IN THE BOATHOUSE!
Schedule of Events:
Line up in costume at 10AM for the Grand Procession, if you like. Make your way to the display tables to present your decorated pumpkin.
Stop by the photo area to capture the moment!
The pumpkins are on display for the public to enjoy and vote on until 4PM.
Please pick up your pumpkin – and a free treat – between 4-5PM!
Contest winners will be announced at 4:30 for Spookiest, Silliest, Most Skillful, and Most Unique. There is also a category for adult artists’ entries!
Prize contributors include:
Out On A Whimsey • Colonial Theatre • CG Bikes • Downshift Coffee • Chocolate Drop Candy Shop • Popcorn donated by Colonial Theatre • Apples donated by Belfast Co Op, caramelled by volunteer, Anne Sageese!
Whether rainy or sunny, indoors, or out, The pageant MUST GO ON!
FREE PUMPKINS, while supplies last, courtesy of Johnny’s Selected Seeds. Pickup outside Waterfall Arts, 256 High Street.

Waterfall Arts COVID-19 Update

Until further notice, Waterfall Arts requires that all guests and artists registering for our classes and workshops are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or present a negative COVID-19 test (within 24-hours before class). A digital or physical copy of your vaccine card or test result can be presented at the door at the time of the class or emailed directly to our programming director amy@waterfallarts.org prior to class start.

Masks are encouraged when social distancing is not possible. 

** For youth programs, we ask for proof of vaccination (or negative COVID-19 test) of the household adults. If your child is vaccinated, you may submit the child’s COVID-19 vaccination information, instead.**
